While our base rates are just that a base to start from. They are intended as general guidelines. Our phone estimate may change based on specifics of the job once we're one-site.
Nicole manages the office and Randy is owner/operator and technician on site. They work closely as team to ensure things run smoothly. Occasionally, adjustments are necessary depending on requirements of the job.

*The optimal time for chimney sweeping is in the springtime, after the burning season has finished. This way you are ready to lite the fire when the burning season begins again.

Our Owner and Lead technician Randy Cooke is more than happy to consult with you about any issues you may have with your wood burning appliances. With his many years of expertise, he can inform you of any cleaning, repairs, or replacements your set up may need! Consult fee is $200.
If a repair is needed, pricing is always subject to the repair: the duration, parts, and difficulty will determine the price.

We can upgrade and install most wood burning systems. This service is mainly offered between April and August.
We also can do Animal Protection or Rain caps. They very in prices depending on size and supply.
All Labor cost for installs/upgrades and caps is $200 per hour.
We are a Kingston and area based company, however, we gladly travel further when time is available.
Less than 30 km outside of Kingston- +$25.
More than 30 km outside of Kingston- +$50 minimum (will be decided upon arrival).
*Areas further than 50km out of the city of Kingston are serviced from May-August.
