Randy, our Owner and Lead Technician, and Alex, our dedicated second in command, have worked very hard to service this community with the quality and care that they do. They know the worth of their work!

While our base numbers are true, they are just that; base numbers. 

Any estimate given over the phone is subject to change, and we will do our best to inform you of the fact.

Please be Kind and Patient if something is different, because while Randy and Lucy may be a great team and often times think alike, they unfortunately cannot telepathically communicate!

 *Chimney sweeping should be done in the springtime, after the burning season has finished.

WETT Certificates are done year round.

Our Owner and Lead technician Randy Cooke is more than happy to consult with you about any issues you may have with your wood burning appliances. With his many years of expertise, he can inform you of any cleaning, repairs, or replacements your set up may need! 

If a repair is needed, pricing is always subject to the repair: the duration, parts, and difficulty will determine the price.

We can upgrade and install most wood burning systems!

We are a Kingston and area based company, however,  we gladly travel further!

Less than 40 km outside of Kingston- +$25. 

More than 40km outside of Kingston- +$50 minimum (will be decided upon arrival).

 *Areas further than 50km out of the city of Kingston are serviced from May-August.
